If you’re carrying more than you can hold, you don’t have to do it by yourself.

Healing isn’t linear, but it can be supported

I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, supported, and safe enough to explore the parts of ourselves that are often left unspoken. I offer a supportive space honoring your wishes, pace, and unique story.

Discover the power of art therapy to guide your healing journey. Helping you turn emotions into expression, expression into insight, and insight into lasting change.

How We Can Work Together

A woman with long hair has a large vase as her head, with blue flowers and leaves sprouting from it, and she has a calm, content expression. A watering can with a pink flower on it is watering the flowers.

Individual Therapy

Your space to begin, at your own pace.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My role is to offer a warm, supportive environment where you can explore what’s on your heart without pressure or expectation. Together, we’ll use creativity and conversation to help you express what feels hard to put into words, gently uncovering new paths toward healing, clarity, and growth.

Couples Therapy

Strengthening bonds, nurturing connection.
For couples wanting to deepen intimacy, strengthen communication, and move through struggles or bumps with compassion. Together, we create a safe space to explore patterns and rediscover the resilience within your partnership.

About Me

Inés Cochrane, MA, LPCC

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University with a concentration in Transpersonal Art Therapy. I believe in the power of art to uncover layers of experience that words alone may not reach, while keeping my practice rooted in presence, relationship, and honoring each person’s unique pace. In my work, I integrate trauma-informed care, attachment-focused therapy, and present-centered approaches, always respecting your pace and your unique story. Whether you’re overcoming trauma, navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply longing to feel more grounded, I walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and care. Originally from Barcelona, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My priority is to support your goals and gently guide you toward a more authentic, balanced life—one with meaningful coping practices that sustain long-term wellbeing.
